Hi, my name is Eli Kim.  I am a sophomore and a member of the Glenbrook South High School Varsity Golf team. I have been playing golf since 2017 and have been playing competitively in IJGA and MAJGT tournaments since 2019. Originally, I played soccer, but fell in love with golf and have been playing the sport ever since. Additionally,  I have caddied at Glen View Country Club since the age of 13 and have volunteered at Mango House (Thailand) and the Shine Community in GA. Working at these places has made me want to expand the great game of golf, and through golf4Good, I can share my passion for golf with future players.

Hi, I am Lucas Shin.  I am freshman at Northwestern Universiy and was a member of the Glenbrook South High School Varsity Golf team from freshman to senior year,  Our team placed in the top 5 at the state tournament during my sophomore and junior year. In 2023, I was an all-conference golfer, and will serve as a captain of the team in 2024. I love golf and played it since 2nd grade.  I caddy at Glen View Country Club and play in IJGA and MAJGT tournaments.  Volunteering at the Shine Community and Mango House - and returning to the golf course used to make me feel like I live in  two very different worlds.  I am excited that through golf4Good, I can share my passion for golf in both worlds.  After spending so much time practicing and playing for myself, I get to do it for others.  I enjoy all sports and also enjoy cooking!  I look forward to sharing my love for golf and helping others to learn and grow. 

Hello! My name is Matthew Shin, and I am a sophomore at Northwestern University. I was a four-year member of the Glenbrook South Varsity Golf team and served as a captain my junior and senior year. I played in many IJGA and MAJGT tournaments, most notably the Illinois State Junior Amateur. I volunteer(ed) at The Shine Community and Mango House and wanted to support the amazing work of these organizations. Many people do not have the opportunity to play golf and I want to use golf as a means to give back. I have previously worked with kids as a tutor at Mathnasium and caddied at North Shore Country Club and Glen View Club.  I enjoy interacting with kids and people of all ages. I look forward to sharing this amazing sport of golf with you!
